Ongoing, fortnightly training via Zoom. Silvestre Technique is a highly regarded contemporary dance practice and this class is recommended to develop dance technique, explore the body's universe and discover the concept of triangles of expression and reveal the Orixas within and around us. Payment is by membership; however we do accept by donation. No experience required
