Announcing the Australian tour of world famous international teacher, choreographer, dancer and creator of the Silvestre Dance Technique, Rosangela Silvestre. Rosangela has taught and researched dance around the world and enjoys sharing her knowledge around the world. Her eclectic, mesmerising palette of movement includes Martha Graham, Limon, Horton, Classical Ballet, Dunham Technique, Contemporary and Folkloric. Her Samba and Orixa Dance Movement workshops are exquisite.
Rosangela is visiting Australia! She will whirlwind her way around the country, visiting 8 cities in 10 days, from 20th November 2016. She hopes to visit Sydney, Newcastle, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Central Coast, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
This professional development opportunity is sponsored by Umbela Brasil to the Australian samba, dance and drumming community and each city Rosangela visits will assist with the costs. The benefit is a genuine cultural exchange where participants can attend workshops, classes and private sessions.
